We look it up and show the scans right here — you are not sent off to a carrier’s site.

What happens when

  1. Order placedYou get a confirmation email straight away.
  2. PackedWithin 1–3 business days, while we pick and pack it.
  3. DispatchedYour tracking number arrives by email the moment it ships.
  4. In transitArrives within 14 days. International legs can go quiet for a few days between countries — that is normal.
  5. DeliveredChanged your mind? You have 14 days from delivery, unused and in its original packaging.

We can’t look an order up by its number yet. Checkout is still being wired to our backend, so the tracking number above is the real way to find a parcel today. If you have lost it, or it has been quiet for more than five days, write to us and a real human will chase it from our side within 24 hours.
