Draft terms. This agreement governs the Yummy Tummy affiliate program. The commission and payout figures are draft and will be confirmed before the program opens. Yummy Tummy is operated by Zingo World Pty Ltd (ABN 79 231 531 384) (“we”, “us”). By applying you agree to the following.
1. Approval. Applying does not create an affiliate account. We review each application and may approve or decline it at our discretion, and may end participation at any time.
2. Commission. Approved affiliates earn 15% of the net product value (excluding GST, shipping, and any discounts) on qualifying orders placed through your unique link and not cancelled, refunded or charged back.
3. Attribution. Orders are attributed on a last-click basis within a 30-day cookie window from the visitor’s most recent click on your link.
4. Payment. Commissions are paid monthly once your balance reaches AUD $25, to the payout method you nominate. Balances below the threshold roll over.
5. Honest promotion & disclosure. You must clearly disclose your affiliate relationship wherever you share a link, in line with ACCC guidance. You must not: make false or misleading claims about our products; use spam, misleading ads or unsolicited email; bid on our brand terms in paid search; self-refer or award yourself cash back; or represent yourself as Yummy Tummy or Zingo World.
6. Reviews & content. Any review or endorsement you publish must reflect your genuine experience. You may use only the brand names, images and copy we provide, and only in the way we permit.
7. Ending the program. Either of us may end your participation at any time and for any reason. Commissions already properly accrued on valid orders will still be paid.
8. Changes. We may update these terms; we will notify approved affiliates of any material change.
9. Governing law. This agreement is governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
